If you can't remember your login details please visit the forgotten username and password page. You'll need to enter the email address on your account as this is where the password reset link will be sent.

If you need to reset your password but can't remember the email address on your account you'll need to email our friendly support team with your personal details so we can trace your account. Please include your full name, postal address and your award details (award name, school, institution and year of graduation).

If you no longer have access to the email address on your account and can't log in you'll need to email our friendly support team with as many personal details as you can. This will allow us to verify your identity and unlock your account. Please include your full name, email address(es), postal address and your award details (award name, school, institution and year of graduation).

If your account is locked, or you can't log in for another reason (other than above) please email our friendly support team with details on the problem you are having and any error codes received.
